Every Texas "kid" has to have their picture taken in the wildflowers.

Penny began her therapy work early with a little autistic, mentally retarded boy named Daniel.  She helped him "connect, make eye contact, remain calm, and appropriately pet her.

Penny's From Heaven: Stories of Healing was launched on August 13, 2006 at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Institute of San Antonio.  The hospital awarded Penny a medal that states beautifully, "Thank you Penny for bringing out the best in all of us - 8/13/06"
